Change from within.

Developing human-centric leaders

Your leaders don't need another model to follow. They need to understand what's driving them. Using the Paseda360 methodology, we develop leaders from the inside out, challenging ingrained behaviours, strengthening relationships and changing how they show up for their people.

How change really happens

Real change starts within. Then it changes everything around us.

Our Paseda360 methodology works across three connected dimensions of human change: Core, Connection and Collective. Together, they transform how leaders understand themselves, relate to others and shape the organisations they lead.

A small group of leaders in discussion

Core

The person beneath the role. We explore the values, beliefs, experiences and protective patterns that drive behaviour, helping leaders understand themselves and develop greater freedom in how they respond.

Change begins with self-awareness and the ability to respond differently, especially when the pressure is on.

Leaders talking together at a table

Connection

How our inner world shapes our relationships. We help leaders recognise their impact on others, build trust, listen more effectively and approach difficult conversations with greater honesty.

This is where personal change becomes visible, strengthening relationships and transforming how people work together.

Collective

What we create together. As individual behaviours and relationships change, so does the experience of being part of a team, from communication and collaboration to shared responsibility.

We help leaders create the conditions for a culture where people feel connected, perform and thrive.

Pretender Masks in the workplace

What helped your leaders succeed could now be holding them back.

Under pressure, leaders can fall back on protective patterns that once helped them succeed. Perfectionism, people-pleasing and blame, directed at others or themselves, can undermine trust, strain relationships and affect team performance. Our Paseda360 Pretender Masks Model® helps people recognise what's driving these behaviours without excusing their impact.

By exploring these patterns with curiosity and honesty, leaders can recognise their impact and choose a different response. Through Core, we understand what drives the behaviour; through Connection, how it affects relationships; and through Collective, the impact it has on the wider team.

The Silent Middle®

When coping comes at a cost

Your most dependable people may be running on empty.

Your most dependable leaders may be the last to tell you they're struggling. They're delivering results, taking on more responsibility and supporting everyone around them, while privately feeling exhausted or disconnected. From the outside, they're succeeding. Behind the scenes, the personal cost may be growing.

By the time the pressure becomes visible, they may already be close to burnout or considering leaving. Recognising what's happening sooner means looking beyond performance, questioning the demands placed on people and helping them lead in ways they can sustain.

Angela Cox calls this The Silent Middle®: the space between surviving and thriving. Drawing on real client stories, her third book explores this often-overlooked experience and the thinking behind Paseda360's approach to change from within.

Eight years of experience. One established methodology.

PasedaLeader is a new brand, built on eight years of experience developing and refining our Paseda360 coaching methodology within organisations.

Through years of coaching and workshops, we've gained a deep understanding of the challenges leaders face, the behaviours that hold people back and what it takes to create lasting change.

Today, we bring that experience into organisations through our personally trained coaching associates, combining our established methodology with extensive leadership and organisational expertise.

Over the years, our methodology has been used in organisations including:

Change From Within, Seen in Practice

“The Paseda Coaching Approach has had a genuinely significant impact on the development of our leadership team.

What stood out was its ability to create real self-awareness, honest reflection and personal accountability without becoming overly theoretical or detached from the realities of running a business.

We had a relatively young leadership team with plenty of ambition and capability, but limited experience. The Paseda approach gave them a structure to better understand themselves, recognise how they were showing up as leaders, and develop the confidence and maturity needed to operate at a much higher level.

The result has been a stronger, more self-aware leadership team, better conversations and a much clearer understanding of individual strengths, behaviours and development needs.

For any organisation looking to build capable, authentic leaders rather than simply teach management techniques, I would highly recommend PasedaLeader.”
